Kalokairi Beach House is situated on the North East Coast of Corfu between Kassiopi and Agios Spiridon. The Beach House is located 4.8km outside of the popular harbour town of Kassiopi, set back from the sandy beach of Kalamaki. Located on a small incline the villa enjoys breathtaking views over the sea and out to the Albania mountain ranges. The beach can be accessed from the bottom of the villa’s garden.
Corfu’s Northern coastline presents one of the many contrasts that characterize the island of Corfu . The lower slopes of Mount Pantocrator drop gently down to the shoreline, creating a succession of long bays and low-lying headlands, while the upper slopes fold protectively around some very old and beautiful villages.
The bays of Kalamaki and Agios Spiridon are just two of the magnificent beaches in this area, prefect for family holidays. Fringed with Tamarisk trees and old Olive Groves, these bays exude the sort of seaside atmosphere which everyone feels nostalgic for – shallow waters, long days on the beach, fresh fish for lunch, simple pleasures.
The closest village to Kalokairi Beach House is New Perithia, which is a fairly modern village with a number of very useful amenities. People sometimes get it confused with the original and very ancient mountain village of Old Perithia. Old Perithia is located in the centre of the island and is one of Corfu’s surprises – worth a visit if you have the time.

For those who want something less formal there is also a beach bar selling drinks, snacks and ice cream. For those looking to spend the day at the beach, sunbed, umbrellas, Kayaks and pedal boats are available to rent. The waters at Kalamaki beach are very shallow and perfect for little children to paddle in.
Agios Spyridon is a very protected sandy beach, which makes it a great location for kids as the waves are never too big, the water is mild and the waters are shallow. Watersports are also on offer.
Coyevinas is a beach nestled into the coastline between Kassiopi and Avlaki on the North East corner of Corfu Island. It is home to a small collection of villas that benefit from the beautiful clear waters that constantly lap the shores of the well-protected pebble beach. There are few facilities at Coyevinas so there can be times when you feel like you are on your own private beach! It is a great beach for simply swimming and lying in the sun but if you plan to spend the day make sure you take a picnic.
Avlaki is a long beautiful bay with crystal clear waters and a shingle beach. A small sailing school, offering windsurf and dingy hire, is open in peak season. The beach also offers sun bed hire, showers, changing facilities and local cuisine via two popular Tavernas; Avlaki Restaurant and Cavo Barbaro. From either of these restaurants one is able to relax under olive groves and look out over the ocean towards Albania.
