Great location, fabulous view, a very nice size pool
We enjoyed the size of the property giving the 4 couples Parents + 3 children + in laws privacy and useful en suites. We were 10 people (2 babies) in total, which is a good number for the property giving a lot of space to all. All facilities are on a 10 minutes drive away. We rented a boat from the recommended operators and enjoyed our 2 weeks rental but next time we will block the boat for 2 to 3 days. Everything is very well organised, a kitchen which works well for any amateur chef or caterer.

We had an amazing stay here a month ago. Villa Kalokairi is a beautiful property, just moments away from a picture perfect beach, with the added benefit of three tavernas within easy walking distance. It is the ideal venue for a relaxing holiday with extended family or friends.

Kalokairi Beach House was a little taste of heaven for our large family holiday! Just beautiful!
Kalokairi Beach House has been so tastefully decorated in every detail possible to reflect it's beautiful surroundings. It has the feel of a much loved and cared for family retreat that catered for our large family group of twelve so abundantly. Throughout the week, we didn't want to stay far from the villa itself, as it really was where we all wanted to be most of the time. There were so many beautiful corners, spaces and levels to be on your own reading quietly, resting in the shade or full sun, or simply just to enjoy the numerous views from sunrise to sunset. The large tables and comfortable seating areas on each level enabled us all to be able to enjoy together eating or playing word games, or chatting at different times throughout the day both in the garden and on the upper level or around the pool.
The extremely helpful communication and information from Katie months before the holiday meant that all organisational elements of our holiday were catered for from beginning to end. From the taxi service from the airport to the delivery and collection of the hire cars; then our daily visit from the lovely Vera to the excellent supermarket delivery service from Nikos Supermarket; from the information about recommended restaurants to the information about places to go and things to see, our holiday couldn't have been more restful. We all appreciated the unique and tasteful decoration and excellent standard of the facilities in each of the bedrooms as well as the kitchen, living rooms and T.V./pool room. We feel extremely blessed to have enjoyed the beauty and opulence that Kalokairi radiates and would just love to return to enjoy all that it gave to us this past week in the future. Many thanks to all of the team who worked together to give us the most wonderful family holiday!

We spent 2 weeks at Kalokairi with 2 families in the house. We had ample room, even a spare room. The house is perfectly located and very well designed and finished. We had Dimitra cook for us on most nights and the food was spectacular. It was ideal for the teenagers and kids in the house. They were either in the pool or down the beach, all day everyday. Highly recommend, we will return!

Amazing Villa in an amazing position
We visited as a family of 4 generations and cannot praise more highly this spectacular villa which offers all the comforts of home as well as plenty to keep the more active family members busy. For those that enjoy barbequing or cooking, you will want for nothing in the very well accommodated kitchen. The only negative would be for families with toddlers, the stairs could be a nightmare.
There are 3 Tavernas with beach bars within walking distance (albeit the taverna's are accessed via a steep climb and not suitable for those with walking difficulties). We tried all but the middle one and found them extremely friendly and very good. Nicholas at the far end also offers children's beach toys if you hire their loungers. The beach is sandy and good for little ones as you have to walk out miles before reaching your knees! Lots of other very good restaurants within 5 mins drive. Avlaki Beach (next to Kassiopi) is a must, very picturesque with a good beach side Taverna (Cavo Barvaro).
The opposite shore of Albania sets a lovely back drop to the bay of Kalamaki and evenings on the villa balcony is an absolute joy. Would love to return.

Beautiful, Spacious and Comfortable Villa
A beautiful villa with excellent facilities. Spacious enough for a family of 11 aged between 70 and 2 to enjoy a relaxing, fun week together. Lovely to have the option of a very good cook if wanted and all the local contacts were charming and helpful. Very near a long sandy beach with shallow water ideal for young children and a good taverna and beach bar at one end. Lovely places to visit close by.

Perfect place for relaxing holidays!
We spent a week at Kalokairi Beach House with 3 families (6 adults + 6 kids aged 5 - 10). It was the perfect place for us! The house is very spacious and stylish, with many thought out details like the setting of the bedrooms all with own bathrooms and access to the terrace, the large and very well equipped kitchen and additional facilities like the Pool table and the Bose sound system. The house has lovely views, a fantastic pool area and direct access to the sandy beach, that is also perfect and save for the kids. Kassiopi with its supermarkets and a bakery - we even got a birthday cake there - is just a short drive away. Lovely restaurants we found in Kassiopi and Agios Stefanos, with the Eucalyptus Taverna being our favourite. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt comfortable and relaxed from the first minute. Also due to the fantastic service and information provided upfront by Katie the booking manager. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back another time.

Kalokairi Beach House was just amazing. The villa was perfect in every way for our group. The table tennis & pool table were especially popular with the young lot & the little pool fabulous for the 2 year old. We had some lovely barbecues & the lunch on the first day was perfect & was enough for 2 meals ! All in all it was an amazing week & there is a lot of pressure to book it again for next year. It was simply heaven staying there.

Everything we hoped for
We really had a wonderful holiday at Kalokairi Beach House and we are already trying to find time for another trip. The house was everything we had hoped for and Dimitra’s cooking was really superb. Everyone was so friendly and the two Vera’s were both thorough and very charming, we miss them all.

Perfect Place to stay
Kalokairi is a perfect place to stay in Corfu. Those blue, blue views hit you as soon as you arrive. The house is cool, very comfortable and the bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms have been well thought out. (The Super King beds are sumptuous with very good sheets). It is a good house for several families to share. Dimitra the cook is lovely and cooks the most delicious food - she appears often with her daughter and they magic meals out of seemingly nowhere! The beach is a short walk away with a couple of tavernas/bars on the sand. The beach is perfect for small children as the sea very gently slopes away. Kassiopi is a short drive away for cocktails after dinner, or for taking a boat out. We spent a lot of time by the glorious pool - it is very peaceful and relaxing with well placed olive trees if you need some shade. I highly recommend it - we loved it. It is our second visit.

Lovely House with excellent catering
Basically, it’s a lovely house, in a good location with all the mod cons. Its not overlooked and even though there is a road behind it and a guesthouse next door you don’t notice them at all. The cook's were great and very reasonable and if we had a problem it was fixed immediately, no fuss, no argument. Had an amazing week feeling very well looked after and have already booked to return!

Loved Kalokairi House
I spent a week at the fantastic Kalokairi House in Corfu last June and wouldn't hesitate to go back. This cool, chic but relaxed beach villa is perfect for a group of adults with or without their teenagers. It's a few hundred meters from the sandy beach with beach bars and a short drive from the quaint friendly harbour town of Kassiopi with plenty of places to eat and drink and even a club for the teenagers. I hear a whisper that the Villa is having another makeover this winter so I am definitely keen to go back this summer or next at the latest. I think it is perfect for a group of adults/couples. Hire the cook Dimitria too as she is fab. All in all the villa is perfect for a summer holiday and great value.

We were lucky enough to stay at Kalokairi Beach House last June when we all congregated in Corfu for a family wedding. It is a very spacious well equipped villa located right by Kalamaki Beach, which appeared to be the only sandy beach around. We had young kids with us and they were able to walk out into the sea due to shallow waters. As for the house the views from the top balcony are beautiful and enable you to relax immediately. Most of the bedrooms, which all have their own bathroom, are on the ground floor and have immediate access to the terrace and swimming pool. For us it was a very happy and relaxing holiday. We made use of the catering services on offer and with there being plenty of activities at the villa to keep the kids interested, including a table tennis and pool table, we were able to switch off and get some sunbathing in!!

Great for Families to Holiday Together
We love Kalokairi Beach House - so much so that we have just come back from our 2nd trip their in 2 summers. Our party consisted of 2 families with 7 children aged 4 -10 plus an extra adult in tow. We searched long and hard for a house that could accommodate all of us and they are few and far between - certainly ones furnished and presented to this standard and near a beach. The main reason we love the beach house are:
• The house - it has 5 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. 1 of them is a dorm style that can sleep up to 7 to perfect for the kids. The entire place is stylishly decorated which really interesting artwork. Not the heavy dark furniture that occupies many Greek hotels/villas.
• 2 good double bedrooms so no dud room although worth noting if you have very small children that 1 is upstairs and all other bedrooms are downstairs.
• Proximity to a beach - Kalamaki beach is at the bottom of the garden - no roads to cross so the kids could run ahead. The beach is sandy which is a rarity in Corfu. Nikalos's taverna is a few mins walk and serves great food.
• The pool area - the pool is a nice size and their is a great view out to sea and over to Albania. Again for parents of non-swimmers the pool isn't fenced off and can be accessed directly from all downstairs bedrooms.
• Daily maid service certainly keeps the place clean which was a godsend with 12 of us in residence. Local cook service provides really tasty good quality food allowing little to be in bed and adults to eat with out the faff of cooking. NE Corfu itself is great - can feel a little like Fulham at times and certainly doesn't seem to be suffering from the Greek recession compared to some other parts of the island. We hired boats for the week from Filippos Boat Hire in Kassiopi, which allowed us to explore the NE coast in a way a car won't allow. Found some great restaurants - or favourite being Agni Taverna.

Lovely Spacious Coastal Villa
My brother's family and mine spent a glorious week at Kalokairi Beach House together with our elderly parents in July. We all loved it as soon as we drove down the short drive to see a bright villa in such a great location, easily close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough away from it to avoid being disturbed by others (although the beach was never very busy). The villa is thoughtfully laid out and very spacious. The large covered verandah, with serene views across the channel to Albania, was perfect for enjoying late breakfasts, lazy lunches and long evening meals. There were plenty of areas to sit, both in the shade and sun depending on the time of day. There is a small apartment hotel on the left side of the villa, but you are not overlooked and there was very little noise. Equally, although the house is set just below the road, you are not disturbed by it at all. Vera is a delight, with her smiley face and kisses, and kept the house clean daily. Dimitri is equally amazing, effortlessly rustling up delicious food. We booked her for the first and one other evening and were really impressed with the quality and quantity of food. There are plenty of tavernas nearby. We tried 2 out of the 3 on the beach (walk able) and very happy with both - a good standard of local fare and friendly staff. The pool-cleaning priest performed his role very quietly - in fact usually way before we all woke up, probably before his morning communion service.
We hired boats in Kassiopi on one day, then Agios Stephanos another - avoids the afternoon return journey against the wind which can get choppy! Highly recommend Agni for lunch. The beach is sandy and very shallow - perfect for young children. However, you can get a decent swim if you wade out. We loved our week here - highly recommend it for larger (or any size!) groups. If we had stayed another week, we might have explored the area more - but the villa was too nice to leave.

Amazing Villa! Unforgettable Holiday !
A group of ten of us stayed in the villa to celebrate a 40th birthday this May. We were all so impressed with the villa!! Its truly breath taking both in its location and in how it is furnished. It really is a luxurious place to stay. Thanks to the team who manage the villa bookings we not only had all of our shopping delivered, but we had a cook arranged and were able to choose our menus. Our cook really couldn’t have done enough for us, and her cooking is out of this world. There is also a lovely lady who comes each day to clean and tidy up; I wanted to take her home!! We didn’t lift a finger for our entire trip, except to pour another glass of wine! The beach the villa is situated on was really quiet with incredibly calm, shallow waters. There is a great beach bar that we would visit on our daily stroll along the beach. (It’s run by a Scottish lady!) There are also a couple of taverna's you can eat in. We choose the one attached to the beach bar and it was great food and service. We would highly recommend going into the town of Kassiopi and if you don’t have a car again the villa managers can organise a car/minibus for you. Nothing is too much trouble. The group of us who stayed have all said we will go back to the villa, and ideally take our children and husbands too so they can experience this amazing villa. A big thank you to everyone who made our trip so perfect
